Mini House Hotel - Alaverdi

Starting point for hikes: The location of this accommodation is absolutely perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like me. From here, I embarked on some incredible hikes, discovering breathtaking scenery and hidden gems along the way. It felt like stepping into a real-life adventure movie, with each trail offering its own unique challenges and rewards.

Busy main road: Unfortunately, one of the rooms faces the main road, which can get quite busy and loud until very late at night. The noise from the customers of the shop downstairs and neighboring shops can also be a bit bothersome.

Beautifully designed and fully equipped venue, perfect location short walk to store and reception, liked our stay. The room we booked was well furnished and brand-new with a private bath, heater plus smart TV, overall the experience was perfect. The property was in the center of the city. Furthermore, near starting point for many hikes.

The venue was set in the central position really close to also haghpat monastery, the center of Alaverdi and the bus station in lower alaverdi. It also was near starting point for many hikes.

This place is conveniently located near attractions such as Mikoyan Brothers Museum and Sanahin Monastery, as well as the bus station, making it easily accessible.

Had a nicely furnished room with coffee, smart TV, and a heater. Everything was perfect. - Electric kettle and glassware were provided and liked it

The hotel is located in a lovely area near a restaurant, Sanahin Monastery, and Mikoyan Brothers Museum. the rooms are cozy and well-equipped with electric blankets, down pillows, and hypo-allergenic pillows.

I always stay at this cozy place. The staff helped me with bug spray once. It has Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, bar, welcome drink, picnic area. Coming back for New Year.

Cozy and comfortable room with a really nice bed 🛏️. the bathroom is spacious and just for you. Great spot with free parking available. the staff is friendly and always ready to lend a hand to make your stay awesome.

The value for money at Mini House was great, with a homely atmosphere and friendly owners. The location was convenient for visiting Sanahin monastery, and the staff were helpful and cute.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with better monitoring of coffee, sugar, and creamer supply.

Conveniently located near the haghpat monastery and bus station. the staff here is always friendly and trustworthy 😊.

I had such a hilarious experience at a quirky little place near the Sanahin Monastery. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was so comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The only downside was that the first night, the door got locked from the inside, but the second night it was left unlocked.

The room at Mini House was a cozy retreat with a private entrance, making it feel like a home away from home. I loved being able to make my own tea and coffee in the room's tea/coffee maker. The mountain views from some of the rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The bed linen and towels provided were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

Personally, I would have preferred if the kitchen was more well-equipped.

I had a great stay at the hostel in Alaverdi. the staff at Mini House were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. I particularly enjoyed the cozy living room where I could relax and mingle with other solo travelers. the location was perfect for hiking to the nearby Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries. it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Mini House to fellow travelers. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 😊.
